Accessing Your Pet at Your Home

On the first grooming appointment you must be home. This is to get familiar with you and your pet. It will also let us set up a plan to be able to access your pet if you are gone for the pets next appointment. A lock and key service is ideal or a garage/gate code. We do not keep any of your codes or keys. We will contact you the day before to confirm the appointment and for you to send us the codes needed to access your pet. If using the lock and key method we will ask that you place a key somewhere accessible to us. We will return the key back to the original place. You will receive a text message when we are on our way to your home and after we finish your pet and have returned your pet back inside your home. 

Your pet must be placed in an area of your home that is easily accessible. This can be a small room, bathroom, or crate. Most animals will not come to a stranger in their own territory. This is why a yard or a large area where the pet can run from us is not ideal. Baby gates to block off a large room are also ideal. 

 

Grooming process

Your pet will be groomed start to finish and returned to your home. It usually takes around 1 - 2hrs to complete services.
